Mead and sparkling mead

We revive mead, an ancient alcoholic drink, which almost died out. The drink of our ancestors is made by fermenting the honey solution. With modern winemaking knowledge, we upgraded the ancient recipes to perfection. We proudly represent you a wide range of Jere honey wines.

Sparkling mead is an upgrade to mead. It is made with the classic method, meaning that the second fermentation takes place in the bottles.

There is a proper sort of mead and sparkling mead for every opportunity and taste to be found. You can choose between dry, semi-sweet, sweet and chestnut sweet meads. There is also a half dry sparkling mead on offer. Each and every one can be recognized by a refreshing aroma and harmony in taste that left even the acknowledged sommeliers speechless. Mead is to be consumed cooled on 6-8°C.
